The meeting of the Board of Directors of Southern Platte Fire Protection District was held Tuesday, March 26, 2002, at Station 4, 8795 NW N Highway, Parkville, Mo.

Nelson Hopper acted as chairman of the meeting and called it to order at 4:30 p.m. Present at the meeting were Commissioners Hopper and Judd. Also present was Chief Richard Carrizzo.

Minutes of the February 2002 meeting, which had been previously e-mailed to the Board, were accepted upon motion made, seconded, and passed.

At approximately 4:40 p.m. the Board adjourned to Executive Session to discuss a personnel issue upon motion made, seconded, and passed.

The Executive Session adjourned at approximately 5:45 p.m. and the regular meeting was reopened. No formal decisions were made.

There being no further business to come before the meeting, it was adjourned at 5:47 p.m.
