The Southern Platte Fire Protection District serves a regulatory role in the district -- a role that's actually decreasing the number of fires we fight each year.

We enforce building and fire codes in our district, and Southern Platte inspectors perform a variety of building inspections, ensuring both fire and life safety.

The district also issues copies of fire reports, fireworks permits, burn permits, and explosives permits to qualified individuals and companies.
