SECTION 7. DELETIONS, ADDITIONS, MODIFICATIONS AND AMENDMENTS.

(K) Section 1109.4 shall be added to the Uniform Fire Code, 1994 Edition, to read as follows:

Section 1109.4 Smoking in Theaters.

No person shall be permitted to smoke or carry in his hand any lighted cigar, cigarette or pipe in any theater during any performance or public meeting therein, except in any smoking room, lobby, or foyer.
