SECTION 3. ADOPTION OF THE LIFE SAFETY CODE, 1994 EDITION.

The Board of Directors of the Southern Platte Fire Protection District hereby adopt for the establishment of protection for the residents of the Fire District the certain code and standards regarding construction, protection, and occupancy features necessary to minimize danger to life from fire, smoke, fumes, or panic contained in the Life Safety Code, 1994 Edition, published by the National Fire Protection Association.

In addition, all appendices to the Life Safety Code, 1994 Edition, are hereby adopted and enacted.
