SECTION 21. DISTRICT BUSINESS OFFICE.

The Board of Directors of the Fire Protection District shall designate a business office which shall be open during hours to be set by the Board on a regular basis so as to be reasonably accessible to the public at all reasonable times. The public shall be advised through newspaper and other announcements of the place of such office and the hours for conducting business.
