SECTION 18. PRESUMPTION OF VALIDITY.

It is the specific intention of the Board of Directors of the Southern Platte Fire Protection District that should any section, paragraph, sentence or word of this Ordinance or of any code or standards hereby adopted be declared for any reason to be invalid that such Board of Directors would have passed all other portions of this Ordinance independent of the elimination Hereford of any such portion as may be declared invalid.
