SECTION 17. ABATEMENT AND INJUNCTIVE RELIEF.

The Board of Directors of the Southern Platte Fire Protection District may institute in any proper court of law any appropriate action or proceeding in law or in equity to prevent any violation of this Ordinance or any unlawful development, erection, construction, reconstruction, alteration, or maintenance or use; to restrain, abate, enjoin, or correct any such violation, or to prevent the occupancy of any building or structure or unlawful use of any land; and to prevent illegal acts, conduct, or violations of this Ordinance. These remedies of abatement and injunction and injunctive relief shall be in addition to the criminal penalties provided for in this Ordinance.
