SECTION 14. EXISTING BUILDINGS.

Buildings in existence at the time of the adoption of this Ordinance may have their existing use or uses or occupancy continued if such use or occupancy was a legal one immediately preceding the adoption of this Ordinance, provided such continued use is not dangerous to life.
