SECTION 13. PROVISION FOR COOPERATIVE AGREEMENTS.

The Fire Protection District is authorized to enter into a cooperative agreement with Platte County, Missouri; the City of Parkville, Missouri; and Village of Farley, Missouri, in order to carry out and effectuate the provisions of this Ordinance.
