SECTION I2. WATER DISTRIBUTION PLANS.

The Fire District shall review all water distribution plans for any subdivision and make recommendations of hydrants and locations. All such water distribution plans must meet the requirements and receive the approval of the Missouri Department of Natural Resources. Upon receipt of such approval, the developer or landowner shall file with the Fire District a copy of the water distribution plan and the written approval of same by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources.
